10 foods you should never eat
We always talk about those foods that are good for us, about what we should eat to achieve our goals. But we leave aside those that are harmful to our health and that their consumption can lead to imbalances in our body.
We really take for granted that we are informed and believe we know which products are not suitable. But do we really know?
On this subject we do not want to leave any doubt, so we will try to specify a list of those foods that you should not consume or at least reduce their consumption, if you want to have a healthy lifestyle.
Because it is made from vegetables rather than animal products, margarine has a completely unfair reputation as a healthy food. Quite a few people would erect this alternative before butter in the wrong way. The disadvantage? The vegetable oils that make up many margarines have been hydrogenated so that they can continue solids at room temperature, this means that they are rich in trans fats.
