A sweet, buttery drink made with coconut milk and strawberries

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups coconut milk

½ cup frozen strawberries

6 fresh strawberries

1 drop vanilla extract

½ on stevia

Preparation: Freeze coconut milk in a shallow dish. Once frozen, leave it on the table to defrost a little or in the microwave for about thirty seconds until it defrosts enough to put it in the mixer. With thawed strawberries, mash with a fork, this is what you’re looking for in the strawberry liquid.

In a blender add coconut milk, vanilla extract, liquid frozen strawberries with pulp, fresh strawberries and stevia. Mix until a homogeneous composition is formed.
