How were your beginnings in Fitness?

I have played basketball since I was very young, I guess exercising always and at all times has been in my life.

Did anyone inspire you to start on this planet?

There isn’t one person in particular who inspired me to start my career at the gym. When I graduated from high school, I started studying at this address. However, my love for sport and my good basketball skills made me discover my mission, to assist people to be stronger and happier! I have never looked back from that moment, for me that was a huge resolution that would change my life.

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

Every day I dedicate time to my training, so that I can better assist those who attend me. I love spending time with my partner Tobi, especially on the beach, since I love the sea. I have a Siberian Husky puppy named Ace that keeps me busy! Above all, I hope to continue growing as a person and to contribute considerably more!

Although you are a reference for many people, what are your idols in fitness?

My biggest idol is Iza Goulart without a doubt. I also like Candice Swanepoel and when she followed me on Instagram some time ago, I must confess it was one of the best days of my life!

What’s your training routine?

My trainings are different every week. I train three days a week where I combine resistance, abdominal and arm training. Outside of these days I also do LISS multiple days a week and a small amount of HIIT training.

How is your diet?

I do not use any supplement except a multivitamin. My general term is that each and every nutrient can be purchased from the groceries. Supplements are good for women, but if you’re not against them, don’t take them.

  • Breakfast: Eggs, tomato and avocado with toasted bread
  • Mid-morning: Tuna salad
  • Lunch: Wraps or fajitas with salad, tzatziki and homemade chicken.
  • Snack: Fruit
  • Dinner: Roasted vegetables (sweet potato, pumpkin, pepper, etc.) and chicken skewers.

What groceries would we find in your fridge?

Mostly vegetables, fruit and a small amount of meat.

How do you handle your worst days?

Just keep working, but rather a day becomes a routine.

How do you feel about your job? Do you like working to change people’s lives?

The reason I work doing what I do is because transformations are what motivate me the most. Assisting people to change their lives and mentality is what makes my job rewarding. For me my service clients are the most essential, all the same. But one of my most incredible changes was that of a little girl with autoimmune problems, who thanks to fitness achieved fabulous things.

What makes your program different from all the others?

I think the biggest difference is the purpose. Instead of being a weight loss or gaining muscle, the program is simply a plan to achieve a particular look. This new way of looking at life will help you work both ways, gain strength and lose fat. The trainings are not simple, but this is offset by the astonishing flexibility of my nutrition plan.

How long are the trainings and how many days per week?

The resistance training sessions in my Bikini Body Training Guide are 3 days a week. The trainings are endurance training circuits are twenty-eight minutes long, which makes it simpler to put together in people’s daily routine! In half of these endurance trainings there is a small amount of low and high intensity cardio. The best thing is that there is a huge alteration of exercise genres and most sessions can be done in thirty minutes, without the help of practically any equipment.

Do you plan to create other plans in the future ?

Perseverance is without any kind of doubt the most essential thing. Each and every exercise is good if there is perseverance.

Three Health Tips that can be pulled out by people who are just starting out?

  1. Not doing too many exercises (overtraining)
  2. Not molting too often
  3. Take advice from those who give it to you

Your best tips for getting in shape and losing those extra pounds?

Don’t go in there dreadfully and be congruent. People worry more when they get closer to the goal and that’s not the way. Moving things all the time does not lead to the result, even if you think you should move, don’t do it, be ceaseless and plan well.

Besides fitness, what else are you interested in?

In basketball as I said before, travel and my pet.

What was your most entertaining moment at the gym?

The first time that my boyfriend trained me, he tried to make me the hardest I really could not more on the inside, but it was not until a year later that I was sincere with him and I told him that after that session I could not walk for a week.

Where does your motivation come from?

I think it’s the incessant demand from people who ask for my help and I can’t let them go face down.
