If you wake up bored and with that unpleasant feeling of having to face a lot of inconveniences, spend a few minutes in yoga and you will get rid of any negative thoughts. Going out into the street with more energy, feeling diligent physically and in harmony with everything around you, will take very little time and will bring you significant benefits.
The best morning yoga routine
The first basic posture of morning yoga cannot be other than the greeting of the sun. Indeed, there are many benefits to doing the Sun Salutation every morning. Its name encompasses the meaning of life that is kept in yoga. We wake up and greet the star king for the fact that we are a part of the Cosmos and its energy. To be able to say good morning to the sun is already the first reason to feel good.

Standing up, with your body and head upright but without tension, place your hands at chest level in a state of prayer (palms together). Take a deep breath in as you raise your arms above your head. Subtly arch your back face back, without forcing, appreciating the movement of your vertebrae. Return to the initial situation or if you prefer, complete the posture by bending the wood face forward, trying to make the chest touch the knees more relaxed, letting your head and arms hang down.
Repeat the greeting three ? five times and continue with the next yoga postures when you get up, ideal for thinking, increasing your flexibility and making your positive energy"awaken" and flow.
To perform this morning yoga posture you must stand upright, move your feet away from your hips until they are supported. Hands together in front of your chest (prayer). Breathe in as you raise your arms and also slowly raise your right leg up to the sole of your foot touching your left calf. It's about maintaining posture and balance. Open your leg wide open and support your weight on the opposite leg. If you master yoga, you can make the tree by climbing your leg up to your thigh (more difficult to hold your balance). Relax, concentrate on the asana itself, suppressing negative thoughts about the possible inconveniences that the new day may bring.
It is a yoga posture to do in the morning, ideal for stretching your spine and feeling your whole body. Stand on the mat with your knees and palms resting on it (4 legs). Breathe in as you"pull" your back face up looking for the concave posture. Tuck your hips in and also tilt your head slightly inward (chin to the nape of your neck). Hold for a few seconds and slowly release the air while chasing the opposite posture, i.e. convex back and chin up.
Continuing with stretching, do this yoga posture to start your day with your cervicals as good as new. Lying on your stomach, rest your palms on the floor at shoulder level and lift the log without detaching your abdomen. You work your back and the whole core area by"opening up" your pectoral muscles and releasing energy from within.
Also called the bridge. This morning yoga exercise balances the previous one. Lying on your back with your knees bent, elevate your hips resting on your shoulders without putting strain on the neck area. Breathe in on the way up and out on the way down.
